Refund policy

At No.29, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher, subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, please contact us at Help@no29ny.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit:

  • If you prefer, we can issue you store credit for the returned item.
  • Store credit will be issued for the full value of the product, excluding original shipping fees.
  • Store credit is valid for [insert duration] from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchase.

How to Process an Exchange or Return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
